I couldn't put my girls in one of these either when I saw it I just couldn't believe they have these things on the market. I agree that if you can't take the time to bathe your furkids with your own hands so you can feel the temperature of the water and make sure you don't get soap in their eye's& ear's you shouldn't have them.
