If you don't have a trusted friend to leave them with for your trip.... maybe, but I agree with getting a trainer to work with you. Do they deal alot with toy dogs? B/c that is very different!
I have actually just hired a private trainer for my "monster". I started a thread awhile back (Attacking Yorkie), got some good ideas, but nothing has worked. This trainer, I spoke to on the phone said things that made me think she has seen HIM! So I believe her, when she says she can help! I'll post after our first "date", this weekend... I am very excited! The light at the end of the tunnel!
