 white spot
You have nothing to worry about!
a white spot on the chest is not abnormal (perhaps 45 - 50% are born with minor white marking within the "star area of the chest" or a slight foot marking) over time these will blend into the rest of the coloring becoming unnoticable.
These puppies are "not considered substandard" and if show quality would not be disqualified and perhpas even missed by the well educated eye.
Check your puppies toe nails if they are truely black you are fine.
If they are on the brown side then that is unacceptable but there again the judges DO NOT check toe nails lol.
