Not sure if this is in the correct section but i need some help
I have a 3 year old adoribal yorkie who is our baby She lives with my mum and had a little accident yesterday.
The thing with Tillie is she gets excited and someone came round to see my mum pulled the chair out to sit down Tillie jumped up to the chair as the lady sat down which then Tillie fell back down.
Since then she has now started limping she yelped at the time but not since she just hops and now and then puts the leg down but soon lifts it back up. We took her to the vet which in my eyes was a complete waste of 30 quid.
The vet said she doesnt know what is wrong she said she felt the knee clicking then 2mins later didnt. Tillie was a little uncomfy when the vet was feeling her back leg. So she told her to rest and gave her an injection and pain killers (at extra cost).
Could this just be a sprain or more likely to be broken?
She is still jumping up on to tthe bed and sofa as much as we are trying to stop her she doesnt yelp or anything.
Any advise would be good.
