I wouldn't get mean and nasty with them, but I wouldn't be a pushover either. You are protected by the Bill of Rights: Amendment IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
I'd show the them all the paperwork they request, the food you have on site and give them your Vets info, but they wouldn't get passed my front door without a warrant. |
