Are her gums pink/wet or pale/dry? If they are pink and wet than she is hydrated. If they are pale/dry then she needs to see a vet asap.
Is she eating canned food or dry? If she is eating canned, then she will consume less water because the canned contains alot of water/moisture. I You can try adding some warm water to her dry food.
