Does IHY mean I HATE Yorkies? I sure hope that isn't the case. Clearly some dogs are more difficult than others. If you can't or don't want to deal with him, tell your mother in law, or who ever is the owner, how you feel. It's not right to have a dog forced onyou. It isn't fair to you OR the dog.
