One of my yorkies (2 1/2 yrs old, female, spayed) has always displayed agression toward cars. I have never taken either one to training classes and for the most part, they are well behaved. This one - Chloe - barks a lot when inside (at anything that moves outside!) and barks viciously and runs after anything that moves while on walks. I am SO afraid that one day I won't be able to lock her leash fast enough or it will break, etc. and she will get hit. ADVICE????
