Definitely check with you vet on this. But, I would think even with her tiny size you would be better off having her spayed now. If she is that tiny, chances are very good she will have to have a C-section anyway, and she would be put out for that too....only then, it's under much more stressful conditions.

Yorkies 3 lbs and under have surgeries all the time. If she is otherwise healthy, the anesthesia shouldn't be a problem.
