What I think happened was the uneducated pet owner and a car seat comment was taken out of context by me I'm guessing and I apolgize if I took it out of context and started anything. I just know that show/pet owners do use car seats If I had a car seat and was going to a local show I would probably use it because I do have some that get car sick and Mary informed me that it works in a car seat. I use vari kennels and maybe this is a good topic to see if something will help with dogs and car sickness...wire crates vs. vari kennels vs. car seats to help with car sickness, something to investigate

Oh Donna - you didn't start anything. It just hit me wrong about pet owners being uneducated by using car seats. That wasn't a good comment to make when there's so many pet owners on here - reading. It's far better to have these toy breeds in a car seat than to be loose and thrown around a vehicle. Even large breeds should be secured. But I think everyone's point has been made and that should be the end of it.

Mary - I'm surprised that Charmer didn't prefer the car seat like CJ. Whatever makes them happy, right? Wish there would have been more entries here... poor CJ - I bet he misses his Mom. I really hope there's more for the Specialty.
