I and many other feed their yorkies raw meat and bones including chicken carcass regularly without problems .

Was the chicken old or just did you just trow it out? I would worry a little if the meat is old but most likely it will all be ok. I would also worry about the dog eating bones unsupervised in case he chocked.

I can never let my yorkies alone 5 minutes with a garbage bag as they can became real little raccoons.

I think he should be ok.
