If you mean this person gives less to small dogs than she would big dogs, be very careful with this. I know that many think it doesn't make sense to give teh same amount to both, but it takes a certain amount to get an immune response. It should not be based on size. Now most or all vaccines are probably way more potent than they need to be, but that would apply to large dogs also...
