It's great that your comfortable with yourself but her self worth is zero.
If she only had more confidence in herself I am sure she would get better

Her new show started last night, and it was very insightful. She loves her life and her kids, but like most Americans is not very fond of working out.

Unfortunately, when you enjoy eating, you are kind of thrown into the "loving to work out" mode, or else you gain weight. Balancing both is very hard for some people.

I mean everyone has to have an outlet, whether it is smoking, drinking , gambling, sex, food....hell,, now that I mention it ......
it seems like everything on that list is bad for ya!

Thank god knitting is not on that list, I don't know what I'd do!!
