That's the way I took it also. The thought of them using the dogs as food breaks my heart.
I've seen numerous times on CL, people warning others not to give dogs to "XYZ" person because they are a "dog Flipper"....you know, like house flipper...buy cheap (or in the case of dogs, getting them free) then resell for more $$. It a whole new low for the dog greeders!!!
