Ruby starts to howl after crying....it's like the crying 'evolves' into howling!

I heard it was when I left the room for the first time since we got her, and she was doing it for the first 2 days, every time I left my room (where she stays)...I didn't even know yorkies that tiny could MAKE such a noise-I thought she choked on her chew toy or something! It was scary!

But you were in the room so 'leaving' couldn't be it....Yorkies are funny! Ruby makes weird little noises too!!!
