Good question. Thor is terrible about sitting still for a brush out. Can you call it that? He tricks me. He'll relax, and act like he is going to settle down and then he does this jumpy thing and bolts. Sometimes I'm worried that the brissles are hurting him, but I am gentle. He got his first minnie mats the other day when I had his sweater on for a few hours in a row at the farmers market! I had to brush it out but he wasnt having it! Kudos to those who have either wonderful control, or patient dogs....
