Was there a siren going by or on tv? My breeder took Kacee and her sister out in the yard for the first time before I could pick her up and 4 emergency vehicles with their sirens went by. She couldn't believe that happened. Anyway, to this day, Kacee will usually howl when she hears one coming by the house, but it isn't as bad as when she was a baby.

Or was he asleep before he started howling? If so, he may have been dreaming. Kacee started howling in her sleep once. It was a mournful sound and I woke her up immediately, because it sounded so sad. I couldn't stand it. Anyway, she never did that again. Thank goodness.
