I see that you are in MD. I have a family vet that I find very informative and trust implicitly. I will contact her and find out about what options are available for you in finding an affordable MRI. I feel that an MRI would definitely give you valuable information as to what is happening with the spine and skull, and enable you to formulate some options for little Coqui.

I will contact her today so I can get some information back to you asap. Between the both of us, maybe we can find her an MRI facility that is not as expensive as the $2000 one your were quoted.
