You are absolutely right, I did put that on your guest book, however, look at the date.... My I picked the yorkies up on April 17, C.J.'s heart murmur was found by my vet, you were contacted immediately, you told me your vet never heard the murmur, I trusted you and because of his size we decided to have it monitored. On July 17, the papers came for Lovely of New Deal the female I purchased bred to your Charmer, upon examination of the Certified pedigree from Hungary I noticed a tattoo number, I check the number on the little girl that you handed me, IT DID NOT MATCH! I called you immediately and you confirmed you indeed had my Lovely of New Deal and I had Heroine of New Deal a female supposedly bred to your male, PER YOUR CONTRACT. This female was not even a year old when I brought her home. On July 24, CJ's final check up for the heart murmur, (He had been check 4 times during this time and the murmur was still present) my vet had your vet fax the records on CJ's mother and the litter to be examined before CJ had our final approval for breding. CJs murmur had closed, we were elated then the records came and we discover, CJ's mother had not been seen by the vet prior to being bred, the only records they had of her were and xray for pregnancy and a necropsy. CJ had never been seen except for when his tail and dew claws were done at 3 days however, CJ's brother was examined on May 22 for a health certificate to fly to his new home and was found to have grade IV luxating patella. CJ was examined and found to have grade II-III LP bi-lateral and advised by my vet should NOT be bred. After trying to get you to make this right on both dogs you have refused, I then got back on your guestbook advising people NOT to post reviews and write in guestbooks until all business with the persons are complete but....You removed that one.
