My faves are 46 and 49 (classic rock) and although I grew up in the 80's mostly (born in '71), I keep my XM on channel 7 most of the time. That's the 70's channel. Plays a lot of old stuff I remember.
Also, if you like comedy, 151 is regular stuff and 150 is "adult" comedy.
