So sweet. The grey doves are what nests on my deck as well, however,
I no longer put my plants out until later in May when they are done nesting.
Two years ago they nested immediately in one of my hanging plants and I
was so excited. The one baby that survived lived on my deck after it flew
out of his nest and his parents left him. I could not go out on the deck because I always scared it so for weeks until it finally left I couldn't enjoy
the deck nor could Buddy. I worried myself sick over this little bird.
He seemed not to want to leave being all alone. I felt so bad. |
