Yup... I couldn't believe this is what was causing his problem, but when they asked "has he eaten anything different lately, or gotten into anything" the only thing was that darn bur. I usually brush him right after our walks, but Monday I was running late for an appointment, so I just put him in the kitchen & left again. I will never do that again. That bur scratched his little throat up pretty badly. I grew up on a farm & the dogs always had burs in their hair, nothing like this ever happened to them!
