I think I would feel more comfortable having it done before she leaves. You can always take her in for a check up after that with your own vet.
I actually think it would be easier on her to recover at "home" here for a couple of days after having it done.
Anyhow, I will be emailing you an adoption contract to fill out and bring with you when you pick her up. Will talk to you more via email
