 Prime Outlets
Prime Outlets malls are pet friendly as long as you carry your pet o rhave a stroller. I recently took my yorkie shopping at the Prime Outlets mall in Lebanon Tennessee. Stores there will allow pets as slong as they "do not touch the floor".
It was really great to take my baby around shopping with me and even in the food court as well! She had a blast!
