I have insurance on Apple, and pay $17.00 a month...I had to send her vet records, to show that she was clear of any issues, before they wrote the policy...However, this is the only plan I could find that would cover any issues that would come up that were pre-disposed to the breed....Like luxating patella, liver shunt, etc...It's $200 deductible, and pays up to $8000 a yr. for illness or injury...I think I would pay about 10% coinsurance for treatment and some thing 30%...Anyway, for $17 a month, it gives me peace of mind...If you decide to go w/my plan, mention me, and I'll get a free month ...I think it's called PetPlan??? I have the bronze policy...I need to get Buzz on there, pretty soon...Maybe, after writing this, I'll do that...
