What I didn't mention was that the clinic is only open Tuesday - Thursday... so before they would come during those days and everyone would take them for shots... my aunt would notice the parvo smell and that the puppies were way too young. Being that the sellers were still in town they could use their guarantee... so the sellers got smart and started coming in on days that the clinic was closed... sorry for being confused!

I wonder why they're allowed to cross the border. It should be outlawed.....course we can't stop drugs so why should they worry about some 'dogs' right ?
I've heard about friends of friends who bought dogs cheap from 'markets' or even the side of the road only to lose them to parvo - which is awful for the puppy - and then also - the exposure it brings here to our country where we take better care of dogs
They've tried to curb selling of puppies on the side of the road here (in houston) - I don't live where I used to live but saw it all the time where I was before. |
