Get yorkie talk therapy, it works. I never thought I would say it Ive always been totally happy with 1 yorkie baby, however after looking after my mums poodle for a month while she holidayed in Australia things changed for me. Tia loved having a play mate and since Febuary I started looking for the perfect one.
I wasn't bothered about having a puppy, Im really not sure why, anyways I started to look for something older. A week ago I found this little 11 month boy that his human family didn't have time for any more( that breaks my heart actually) anyways after travelling 2 hours to see him with Tia I decided against it. He was so intense over her that she cowered in the corner and I thought Im not putting my baby through that. The next day however I just got this sick feeling that I made a huge mistake. I didn't weigh up the situation properly. Tia was stressed by the 2 hour travel. she was taken to an unknown house, she had 2 kids and a horny little dog on her within 2 min!
So I decided to contact the seller and ask if he was still for sale, amazingly she said yes.Well I was up there in a shot without Tia this time. I fell in love with the little guy which I named Olly on the car ride home.
Ill admit that first night I was up all night, I mean all night. Tia was sleeping upstairs and Olly was in the dining room.I was at a low ebb and thought I made a mistake.
Let me tell you, now they already , on day 3 play well together, get up to mischief together, eat together but not sleep together yet.
Olly is adjusting to training with me really well. The best thing of all he totally loves the garden as he didn't have one before because he was in a flat.
My message is don't give up when your feeling low, do what I did and get on yorkie talk for support and they will get you through.
