I put treats in and then set them in it. Let them get the treat and then they can jump out if they want. Then do it again, clip the strap to there harness with the bag open, and pick up the bag and then give another treat. Just go really slow make it a game. the first few trips in the bag should be very positive and also short so that way they get the idea that they get to go somewhere fun, and they slowly get used to time in the bag. Copper doesn't really care for the Kwigy when it is all zipped up, but Maddie will go as long as I want and she will just lay in it quietly. She has alot of room in this bag and I think that makes it more comfortable for her.
