I'm not sure about the difference from whole foods, but I know that it is not good to feed your dog the regular pumpkin filling you can buy at a grocery store- I can't remember the exact reason right now without looking it up, but I think it has to do with the sugar.
I know other dog boutique owners that I have heard talk about this, love it.
