The reason I'm asking is because your veterinarian needs to be aware of any possible congenital issues that might arise and keep an eye out for early signs/symptoms. Some hereditary issues CAN be treated successfully if caught early enough.


Did your vet do a fecal sample and check DJ's heart and lungs? What were the results?
