I'm working on the "time-out" way from now on...it seems to calm her down, if nothing else...If she doesn't listen to "no" and a hand clap, she gets a time-out (which is in the bathroom because I don't use a crate (my bedroom is her playpen/crate! She's already 70% potty trained that's why). Patience, patience, patience...she's a little rascal but I looooooove her so much
