Not sure about posting internet ads and newspaper ads. I would think it would be legal as they are posting to sell pups....but, we would want to take it one step further and bring it to the forefront. Not so much an advertisement for a particular breed, more like a website who has multiple breeds that can be easily seen as a puppy mill?
