You could try a little hydro-cortisone cream to relive the itch. I would probably take an old sock and cut off the toe portion, then cover the paw with it, using surgical type tape to secure it. This way she couldn't lick the paw and the cortisone cream. And, it would give it time to heal at little.
If the paw licking is still going on Mon. you probably need to see a vet.
