Bailey was neutered at almost 6 months and he has been lifting his leg to pee on his pad since he was about 4 months or so. I have yet to see him mark when he is outdoors. Is this normal? My bf has two females and when going for walks even they mark, one of them especially likes to do so. Bailey will be a year old in April, what do you all think, will it just be a matter of time? I'd love for him not to mark, even though it is natural to do so
