Default Microvascular Dysplasia

My 15 month sweet little boy has had bile acids over 1300 and just had a cat scan and biopsy done to determine if there was a shunt present. Luckily there is no shunt, but the biopsy results came in and he does have microvascular dysplasia. He is currently on metronitonzale and lactolose and eats a perscription K/D diet. What should I do to help him, would different food or medicine be helpful. I have talked with others with yorkies with microvascular dysplasia who have bile acid counts between 75-100. My Timmys is so much higher and I am worried. If anyone could help me with information, I would GREATLY appreciate it!
