Thank you very much. My boy is not neutered yet, coz we don't quite believe in neutering pets in our culture and religion. But I wont mind if his new owner prefers having him neutered. I know there are benefits.

The rehoming fee is mainly for screening.
I've read stories of irresponsible people adopting pets and then taking them to shelter later, such as this one:
Yorkie needs good home (male 5 yrs old)
I would never want my baby to end up in a shelter.
And if we can't find someone we can trust, we'd rather take him with us.
