My Ruby is 7 1/2 weeks old now and she had trouble the first two nights...I have her in my room (my room is her playpen
) and she has a little bed...at night I pull her bed close to mine and she usually sleeps...the first two nights she was crying and wanted to get on my bed but it's dangerous for her (she might be squished or she might fall off) so I'm not letting her. Also i'm slightly allergic so it's best if she stays off in the future too. As for the crying, yes she cried on the first two nights but eventually fell asleep in her bed and I covered her with her blanket...Now some nights she cries for about 5 minutes and then sleeps in her bed...She used to wake me up at night too but now she sleeps through the whole night!
As for the peeing, I suggest you cover half the room (preferably the carpet half!) with newspapers (or pee-pads) so he gets used to peeing on them etc...mine goes on the newspapers all the time and they're only in one corner of the room! And she's only 7-8 wks old!
Good Luck! But I really don't think you should sleeps with him at this age they're so small!!!
