Go to the User CP and click on edit your signature. there you can create your signature. i got the christmas tree by going to Google and searching for free avatars. they have thousands of them and when you see one you like you can right mouse click to save it on your computer. Once it is saved into your computer you go back to User CP and edit your avatar. If you need any more help just let me know.
