I've been feeding my two yorkies home cooked food for the last year. I have read up a lot about the BARF diet and was always planning to gradually transition to this diet. So now is the time. But I need help.

I don't know how much to feed and how to work out their raw food diet. Is anyone here feeding BARF to their yorkies? Please tell me what you do...
