I even led my own class of 25 kids in an after school program with tons of responsibility and only get paid $800 a month. It made me so mad that at every weekly staff meeting we were tossed 2 more new responsibilities. By the time I left, I had the same workload as a certified teacher, lesson plans and everything!!!! I dream of the day that I find something more permanent, with a decent wage that will get Kaji and I out of my parents house again (we moved back in in Jan) where he has a backyard and I can go back and get my credentials or something.
I have a part time now, tutoring kids for $17.50 and hour but I have yet to see my February paycheck. I feel lost and stressed.
Ye doesnt it suck. Sometimes I feel like my college degree was a waist of time, especially when I see people with no degree making more money than me!!!!
