Depends upon the type of question that you would like to ask. At the very top of the forum on the left side is a little box that says POST A NEW THREAD. Click that and a new window will open. Give your question a TITLE and then write your question in the box. The Smilies over to the right can be used and added to your question like
If you would like a smilie to show up before the title those are the ones below the box that you type inside.
When you are finished click the little box under those smilies to SUBMIT.
