Great advice from everyone! I'm so glad I started this thread it's been very enlightening with other ends of the spectrum as far as what can be done to safeguard our dogs out and about and even at home in our own backyard. There are people who can do things in our own backyard that do not like animals. I'm so fortunate enough to have great neighbors!!
