just my own thoughts..shouldn't neglect of this kind be a capital crime? It has been proven (is a fact) people that are cruel to animals in general and especially in as children, are of a sociopolitical psychology dysfunction, thus they are predisposed to being the same way with people, so if someone could do this or allow this to happen to an animal... |
