For the life of me I will never understand some people. If they didn't want the poor baby why couldn't they atleast take him to a shelter where he would have had a chance? Leaving him like that was beyond cruel. I can only imagine how he must have felt being so scared, in pain and hungry.
Snooty's a pekingese and will turn 16 next month. Pekes tend to be a strong breed and that little guy might have lived many more years if only he was saved sooner. God Bless him and hopefully he felt love from those that saved him before he passed on.
