Ha ha, yay he went on his pad! I personally wouldn't worry too much about housebreaking at this age, some breeders line the whole x-pen with pee pads, and at this age, you just want to keep the puppies clean and dry. Moma keeps the puppies clean by eating the poop; glad you don't have to do this!
Things you have to worry about at this age, are keeping the puppy hydrated and nourished. Don't over-stimulate the puppy, as this might promote hypoglycemia, which can be a very dangerous condition for young puppies. Please read the symptoms of hypoglycemia, and know how to treat if your puppy experiences these symptoms, your fast action at this time could mean the difference between life and death.

I know you are excited about the puppy, but you need to get your head set on "How do I keep this dog alive?" not how do I train it. Also, something else I didn't know before Yorkietalk, a puppy can catch many diseases just by being outside, don't allow your puppy to come in contact with other dogs; they can catch an illness from their paw touching the ground, if another dog has been there! They are not safe from diseases until two weeks after their final puppy shots.
