If possible put up a gate, so Owen can't get to the door. Or a fence outside the door.
Start training, before you move, to not bolt, at the door.

I sweep backwards with my foot when I go to the door, and say "Back, back, back", when the puppy's are very young. By the time they leave me, they understand this (to a degree ) I do this at ALL of my doors, including the one they go out to potty. The only door they are allowed out, on there own power (walking) is their potty door. I litrally pick them up, and set them outside, any other door. They "know" they can't go out those doors, and wait for me. I do this when visiting too, so if I am out, I worry less. Is it 100%? Never, but it works very well, for us.

When you take him out to potty, now, do you leash him, and let him run through the door? If you do, you must stop this now. Have him wait for you, to give the ok. So that is my suggestion...
Good luck!
