I LOVE LOVE LOVE the little boys! I have 2 boys and they are TOTAL mommas boys. Yes, Olly is probably marking his territory and having him neutered (along with training him) should stop this behavior. He'll probably mark more than your girl when on outdoor walks though always. Neutering may or may not stop him from sniffing your girls private areas... that is a dog thing in general. He could be doing it more since he is not fixed, but I don't think fixing him will make it completely stop. My boys are almost 5 years old, brothers and been together their whole lives and they do it to each other still, just sniff sometimes, like saying 'hey, whats up?' LOL
