Maybe I'm missing something here...but, is the young man in lilbuffalo3308's Album the same man shown in the new article about the strangled Basset Hound...it to me looks nothing like the same man...
There's also no mention in the article of lilbuffalo3308 owning a Yorkie as well as the Basset Hound either.
Something sounds odd here...
