I also agree with the posts above. My little Twinkie does that especially after a bath. I think it is so funny. She also does it when playing around the cats. I think, she thinks, she is trying to dominate them, but you know cats...they dominate all.
She ran around like that more in the winter. I have read if they get frequent exercise outside, the less they will act crazy inside.
