I noticed the last couple of days, Dezi is drooling when he sleeps. He is 10 months old so it can't be from teething. I have never seen a dog drool in their sleep before. Otherwise he is totally normal, eating, drinking, playing, going for his walk. Do you think his toothpaste could be causing this drooling?
